“ We were looking for a local establishment as we wandered through WV. CJ Maggie's DID NOT DISSAPOINT. The Lizard Lips were fabulous. The Baked Steak was a homey and satisfying comfort food (country fried steak without the coating). The stuffed pork Tenderloin was excellent. The sides (potato boat, cheese corn and mac & cheese) were on par as well. Portions were generous (at lunch). The only negative was that the tenderloin was slightly over done. But it was still delicious. The atmosphere is charming as well. ”

The Chicken was moist and juicy, the veggies could have been cooked a little longer, but overall tasted good. If you are looking for a good variety, you must try this place out. ”

Portions overall are large, you will not leave hungry. Suzanne our server was great and offered honest menu suggestions since it was our very first visit. “ This place is awesome. Baked steak was excellent. The pork tenderloin with apple was very good. But my favorite was the lizard lips appetizer. Service was good also. The atmosphere is really fun, its a little quirky, but not cheezy. And the seating spacing is really nice, the tables are not stacked so closely you can eat off the next tables plate. ”
“ Wow! This place was amazing! I had no idea it was a chain till I came to leave a review. It was so good and fresh and the staff was amazing. I seriously thought it was a local family place. We found it online from Google reviews and it looked amazing. When we pulled up it looked like it was closed. Luckily for us, someone walked out while I was back on Google looking for another place. They said the restaurant was still open so we went in. My hub and I bought opted for pasta, I got the lasagne and he got the Mediterranean pasta. Hands down the very best restaurant pasta I've had! It was stacked high and had a cup of sauce on the side. His dish was fresh and light. He did say his chicken was lacking a little flavor itself but overall the dish was amazing. We had a fresh warm loaf of bread and then he finished it off with fresh raspberry ice cream. Our bill for all of that was only 38. Totally impressed and I highly recommend it. ”
